Why can't I use MSN Chat anymore?
The MSN chat found at http://chat.msn.com is no longer available to be used for free. Microsoft employed this to protect its users from Spam and unwanted conversations. You are still able to enter a chat room, however, you will not be able to participate unless you are an MSN Hotmail Plus, MSN Radio, MSN Premium or MSN 9 Dial-up subscriber.
What is MSN chat?
MSN chat is basically thousands of MSN chat rooms where you can go to talk to groups of people in real time. There are chat rooms by city as well as by just about every imaginable topic known to human kind! Only set back is they are now charging to allow participation.
